graduation happened! mommy gave me my diploma, which was a completely surreal experience. An experience I would not trade for the world, and one that shocked many.
My senior show happened. it was amazing I got everything together with a little difficulty and a couple of breakdowns. But it was great. I loved it, my professors loved it, my friends loved it, and my parents loved it. there is nothing better than people telling you they are proud of you after you've done what you wanted to do.
four years fly by and now I am a graduate of Colgate University and no one can take that away from me. i have a BFA. i did it!
but like i've been saying, it's time to figure out what's next!
i am now home for the summer. working at lowes, trying to save some money.
the plan: work at lowes for the summer, get a bar tenders license.
travel europe for 3 months (get a eurorail pass and go from city to city photographing, writing and reading)
teach english in Columbia for a year (that's of course if i get into the worldteach program)
come back to the states and live in sanfransisco or losangeles. (or some random city abroad)
=let's see how it goes. I need to get working on my portfolio, resume and cover letters and keep applying fro jobs.
